Peter Milhous founded Fortify Fitness with a mission to help individuals build strength and confidence through fitness. With over 25 years of experience, he has worked with both corporate and private clients, developing customized exercise and nutrition programs. Peter began his career in upscale sports clubs in Los Angeles before bringing his expertise to Vermont, where he helped several startup companies with strategic planning. Now, at his own training facility, he continues to empower individuals to embrace healthier lifestyles. His passion lies in creating effective, sustainable fitness solutions for clients of all backgrounds.

Caleb thrives on helping clients push past their limits while maintaining a fun and engaging training atmosphere. Whether in person or virtually, he provides motivation, expertise, and the occasional well-timed high-five to keep clients on track.

His approach is centered on tailoring programs to fit his client’s needs, no matter their fitness level. With a philosophy that integrates structured training with flexibility for life’s demands, Brian helps clients find sustainable success in their health and performance goals.
