Goalsetting and assessment session

This package consists of two meetings with your trainer. In your first meeting your trainer will discuss your exercise history and your fitness goals.

In the second session your trainer will perform a fitness assessment to obtain  some baseline numbers in strength cardiovascular and flexibility. Based on this process you and your trainer can discuss the next steps that work best
